Location was ideal to tour the Suffolk coast and a short walk away from shops and Bell Inn - great food at reasonable prices, in Saxmundham.”

“The house was clean and had a lovely feel to it. The beds were made up.with crisp, clean white sheets and plenty.of clean towels were provided. The toilets and bathroom were spotless. The property was spacious and homely and the kitchen had everything we needed provided. Large kitchen table for socialising was great and the courtyard space was wonderful in the sunshine. Would definitely recommend”

“This is an extremely well appointed and well equipped property in a fabulous position overlooking Dingle Nature Reserve. The picture Windows/Doors allow uninterrupted views. Warm and very comfortable accommodation. The beach is a short walk away and the Ship provides good pub food. We vowed to return after an initial stay 18 months ago. Don’t think twice about renting this property. You will not be disappointed.”

“The Old Town Hall is a beautiful quirky characterful property in a fantastic location with amazing views of the coast . It is ideal as it is near to many wonderful walks , a fantastic pub and a beach side cafe . The layout may not work for everyone though ,because the two twin rooms are linked , so that you have to walk through the first room to get to the en-suite bathroom which is sandwiched between the two rooms . Only one door had a lock to the bathroom. Also the lounge is on the middle...
