“Friendly and greeted by owner David at check in.. He show us around and explained where everything is. Very nice property location and beautiful view, and beach is in short walking distance. Kitchen available if one like to use for personal cooking. Nice size frig in ones room for day travels needs Our room on ground level with two clean share bathroom with shower. Overall my personal nightly stay rating is 10/10. ”

“Property is very well maintained and the gardens are pristine and functional with edible herbs and veggies. It is a walk to the nearby beach at Sally’s Point so plan for comfortable shoes, bug spray, and long sleeves/ pants when you cross the grassy area. Mosquitos were plentiful and hungry, but lots of pollinators too, so I’d rather plan for mosquitos than see areas sprayed. Apartment was well supplied and clean. Host was super friendly and other staff were great. ”

“Dave is a fantastic host, the property is exactly as advertised. Modern, bright, furnished very well, all the amenities that you need, great views. It's an easy drive to Souris. The local beach is well maintained and quiet. Highly recommend.”
