“Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Shelly the caretaker is amazing. Beautiful property and rooms. Great food. Very peaceful and a short distance from the lake. Would highly recommend.”

“Close to everything, beaches, restaurants and stores. Could use some updating but was sufficient.”

“Room was a little dark and the carpet seemed a little damp. Breakfast was great including hot food on Sunday and waffles every day. Cereal and bagels and toast and muffins as well as juice and bananas, and of course coffee. We were in the room one time when the cleaning crew came by and then they never came again. No new towels or any other cleaning happened in the three days we were there. The area the hotel was located in, looked a little iffy for safety wise, but it turned out to be fine.”

“One of the worst experiences of a holiday inn. The staff here can give two cents about any issues you may have. They didn’t have our room ready until 6pm. Then the chef for breakfast never showed up so there was no breakfast. One of the main reasons why we stayed here!!! We even complained and they don’t seem to care one bit. Then our room was beyond dirty, we found blood stains on our sheets!! They legit did not even clean the room. Wow what a nightmare.”

“The room needs updated and had a smell. At night the room was stuffy. But overall I would stay again for the convenience.”

“I enjoyed my stay, the rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable as well. I loved the proximity to all things downtown Grand Haven. It was a nice touch to be a 3-5 minute walk to everything. Nice touch with breakfast and the use of all the amenities”

“This hotel is falling apart. Not at all as advertised. They also kept my $50 room deposit so I am stuck spending ti E getting that back. Very disappointing stay. ”
