“全体的には良かったです。 お部屋の掃除でタオルの補充だけで古いものの回収がないのと、お水がない日がありました。 （チップおき忘れていた日です） たまたまそのタイミングで清掃員の方がいたのでもらいましたがやっぱりチップないとこんなもんかぁという気持ちにはなりました。笑 ホテルで1人20ドルでカヤックやボート、シュノーケルや靴やフィンなど借りることができて充実でした！”

“First off, my hotel room had a lot off gnats (bugs) inside and especially outside the room (balcony area) it was a serious problem. Also, the restaurant had a lot of gnats (bugs) all over the vegetables and the fruits. The bugs were on the hot foods as well. Eating was not pleasant or enjoyable My room is with a jacuzzi and when I tried using it the morning of check out, it would not turn on. I am a frequent customer at the Rihga hotel and usually enjoyable. Unfortunately, this stay was not. I...

“This hotel was awful. No WIFI, the tv was damaged. The place was infested with roaches and the place was not in good shape. Pictures are not what they seem like in person. Lack of housekeeping, you have to call a day prior to set it up. Oh and hot water was rare. The layout seem old and the place was run down to be honest. Overall its not a place I would recommend anyone to stay at. Spend a little more to book a better hotel because this place is horrible.”
