Isole dei Caraibi: Vacanze adatte ai bambini

I had a terrible experience. The first night everything was fine, but the following nights were worse. In the room next to mine, the TV would turn on automatically at 2 a.m., making me uncomfortable. Furthermore, drunk people were making a lot of noise, knocking on our door. Disgusting. I asked for a refund at least for the nights I didn't sleep because of the TV (very loud), and they told me they couldn't, that these things aren't their fault and that I'm a light sleeper. Unprofessional behavior. Never again.

Resort molto vecchio e poco curato. Cibo nella media. Sovraffollato.

I checked into the Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana today, October 30, and the experience was unacceptable. Mercedes at the front desk was cold and passive-aggressive from the start: sighing, short answers, and a tone that made it clear I was an inconvenience for asking basic questions. Then she gave me a key to a room that was already occupied. I opened the door to someone else's belongings. It was embarrassing for me, alarming for the other guest, and a serious security failure. At a resort full of families and kids, handing out keys to occupied rooms is not a minor mix-up. It means anyone could walk in on you and your children. When I went back to the lobby to fix it, there was no real apology. Mercedes acted as though the mistake was somehow mine, and getting a new room took far longer than it should have. Nobody from management followed up or offered anything to make it right. For the prices Nickelodeon charges, guests should expect to feel safe and welcome. I felt neither. I wouldn't book here again, and I'd think twice if you care about your family's privacy.

El personal muy atento y servicial

We’ll be back Thank you for everything
