Extremely disappointed about Bahia Ambar resort
The food overall was terrible….the Meat restaurant….terrible quality of meat/the fish market what a joke !!
Front desk poor welcoming customer service no recommendations as new arrival for accommodation, activities, restaurants…
To tried to book a restaurant was a challenge as a guest deck and the guy was absolutely not happy to do this
this resort was the worse one i experienced, you need to train your staff how to welcome peoples….

I had a terrible experience. The first night everything was fine, but the following nights were worse. In the room next to mine, the TV would turn on automatically at 2 a.m., making me uncomfortable. Furthermore, drunk people were making a lot of noise, knocking on our door. Disgusting.
I asked for a refund at least for the nights I didn't sleep because of the TV (very loud), and they told me they couldn't, that these things aren't their fault and that I'm a light sleeper. Unprofessional behavior. Never again.
