Super friendly, polite and helpful staff! I would have given them 10 stars if I could! A special remark for the guy working at night! I will definitely come back! Thanks for making me feel at home

The Kempinski Corvinus is, in my opinion, an outstanding hotel, combining a beautiful and elegant structure with exceptional service and a truly perfect location. The staff deserves special mention: everyone was extremely kind, professional, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was one of the best I have experienced in a hotel: excellent quality, freshness, variety and, above all, genuinely delicious food. We also loved the cocktail bar. We ordered cocktails that were not on the menu and they were prepared perfectly. This really demonstrated the bartender’s knowledge, skill and professionalism. The Afternoon Tea was another highlight: excellent tea, delicious pastries and very fresh, well-selected sandwiches. Everything was beautifully presented and of excellent quality. I would mention only two areas for improvement, purely in a constructive spirit and with the aim of bringing an already excellent hotel even closer to a true “no compromise” standard. My room (841) was unfortunately rather noisy due to the air-conditioning system, which could not be completely switched off. Complete silence at night would make the experience even better. The SPA is also quite small compared with the overall standard of the hotel. Perhaps this is understandable in Budapest, where there are so many excellent thermal and wellness options, but a larger SPA would be a valuable addition. These are minor points, however, and do not change my excellent opinion

Abbiamo soggiornato nella “New Wing” perció mi aspettavo una stanza degna del nome NEW, invece l’ho trovata in condizione che comunque meriterebbero un po di manutenzione extra e sistemazione di qualche dettaglio. L’insonorizzazione andrebbe rivista, come anche la pulizia del bagno che al nostro arrivo non é stata impeccabile. Tuttavia, l’hotel é in una posizione eccellente, comoda per visitare la città (autobus/tram/metro a meno di 3 minuti a piedi) e la possibilità di fare colazione nel New York Café probabilmente vale il prezzo del biglietto. La spa anche é stata una bella esperienza anche se, visto il periodo era un po’ affollata (la piscina, nelle foto, sembra più grande della realtà).
