9/10 Fantastico! (80 recensioni)
Our stay was starter in the worst way possible.
Once arrived the room assigned was dirty and different from the one reserved.
It was really hard to make them understand that the pictures reported on the website were completely different from the reality!
So they Tried to change the room and once there the air conditioner definitively stopped to go!!
The day after they fixed a new one air conditioner but we asked for a real superior room and finally we moved to a better room a little bit more comfortable but still far away from a 5 star hotel!!
All the Concierge made a great effort to try to solve our situation.
However the Hotel needs a deep restyling and they have to Made new all the rooms!! The bathroom in particular and also the beds and the Windows everything.
The breakfast is really various but it was rare to find something really fresh everyday (bread and yoghurt included!!).
The stunning view and the beatiful swimming pool are not enough to deserve 5 stars!!
