“Great location to Bentonville area, just one exit away. They stated that an outside bike wash station is in the works. Breakfast was above the normal mini muffins with cheese egg omelets, fruit and of course waffles. Pool and laundry available. Only one elevator may make it busy during peak times. “Rated high, but far from it. Little to no breakfast items, hairball on our towels, stain on one comfortor, construction workers sitting on the sidewalks and took up back half of the hotel. Ice machine located in a very small laundry room that was dirty and they didn't have a dryer. One of the staff members was extremely rude. General Manager apologized for his staff member and did credit me one night which was very appreciated.”

“I did like the property and the design of the room was nice. The hotel is convenient to Walmart, food places and the University. My only issue were one of the two rooms I rented the sheets and pillows weren’t clean. There was makeup all over the pillow case when pulled back and on the sheet.
