“My favorite place to stay when visiting Wichita. Excellent location, beautiful, clean hotel with well laid out rooms and bathroom. I appreciate the parking garage too. The microwave and full-size refrigerator are a nice bonus.”

“It was dirty and nasty, our ac didn’t work and I called and they said they would send someone up and they never showed up and the next morning the manager asked us about it and I told her what they said and she said they don’t even have maintenance there they should’ve given me another room”

“When speaking to the staff about the pet charges mentioned on Expedia for their property, he was pretty defensive about it rather than trying to understand my where I was coming from. Although I was fine with their pet charge policy in the end, it would have been nice for the man to listen more rather than tell me that Expedia is more concerned about making money off of each hotel rather than partnering with them.”
