“Beautiful hotel, conveniently located by the Pier, and all the shops and restaurants. The hotel is kept very clean, the breakfast buffet is awesome and the rooms are very comfortable and have remodeled bathrooms. We had a wonderful experience. It's dog friendly and is located across the street from the dog beach, just the cherry on the cake for us.”

“The staff didn’t seem to have much urgency on helping guests.
We were told on the phone that we could check-in early at 1pm, so we arrived early. We weren’t able to check-in until past 3:30. Had they not told us to come in early, we wouldn’t have. The staff was pretty unhelpful and didn’t seem to care that we were waiting so long (per their direction), stated that they were understaffed and that check-in wasn’t until 3.
