“This airport hotel needs some renovation. Desk staff didn’t tell us about the breakfast coupons we paid for or give us much information about amenities. Breakfast buffet was ok but not great. Sometimes the eggs were hard, fruit and toast were not there and we had to ask about it.
Two male waiters were excellent at breakfast and dinner. Dinner was excellent as well. Pub burger was good. Decaf coffee not very good but the hotel has Starbucks which opens at 6 am”

“The only reason I booked this hotel was because they offered a free shuttle to the airport. That was false advertising, they did not offer a shuttle to the airport, had to take a Uber, which cast 20 dollars, even though they are a mile away from the airport”

“Upon arrival the room we were given had the slightest issue in the bathroom that wouldn’t have impeded on our stay yet the customer service was so amazing they put us up in a suit for the same price as the basic room! The shuttle was amazing and prompt, the food was delicious and as for anything to change, can’t think of one! Great customer service, beautiful building and comfy beds!”

“Staff let us check in 1 hour early so that was nice. Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body wash were all available in the shower. As well has hand soap, lotion, and face wash. Breakfast was pretty standard. The day we stayed it was omelets (just cheese, nothing special)
Did not get to check out the pool but it is outside not inside. Gym is SMALL”
