We loved everything about the hotel: the convenient, perfect location, lovely, friendly staff, cleanliness, breakfast, gym, fireplace, coffee machine, bathrobes, filtered water, flowers and scent - everything was perfect! We are from Australia - here there’s always a kettle in hotel rooms though, it might be different in the US. The hotel is almost brand new, it’s just one year old. “This property has a lot of potential. It is in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood close to Cedars-Sinai. The studio is cute and comfortable and fairly clean. But more attention to detail in cleaning and bedding would have been nice. The couch was stained, bedding was just ok, and the towels were still damp when I unfolded them to use. My check-in experience was frustrating. I found the property easily, but was given the wrong code to enter the room. After about 20 minutes of waiting outside...

“This studio was so close to being nice. With a few dollars this place could be much nicer. There is too much mold on the alley side wall, needs a dehymidifier. Entrance could be improved with pressure washing, a new rug, paint. Floor threshold into bathroom needs repair. The wifi was usuable due to how slow it was, needs to be updated.”

“Terrible experience the guest house was filthy, it had one fork, it did not have working Internet or a working TV. It said it had a blender. It did not it didn’t even have proper sheets on the bed. I found a giant cockroach in the bathroom. I asked Vrbo to move me immediately. They just gave me a runaround and never moved me. I had to buy a Roku to make the TV work for myself. I had to buy a blender.. I had to buy pillows and sheets and a duvet cover. This guest house is not fit to be rented out...
