“The room clean very spacious. Staff very friendly and ready to make the stay great.the pool good im not a pool person. I’m a beach person so I had a wonderful time at the beach.. The food from this place is excellent compliments to the chef. We had a wonderful stay. We are coming back.”

We experienced a few issues both before and during our stay, but they handled everything quickly and resolved them in the best possible way, which made us forget about them. “Hay cambio de administración y están haciendo el esfuerzo de mejorarla, pero en general está muy desgastadas las instalaciones, les falta ventilador (no de techo) por el calor, la alberca no tiene las baldosas al 100%, en las habitaciones no hay limpieza rigurosa y no garantizan que funcione todo. Las comida el servicio de su personal excepcional! Les tomamos mucho cariño pero deben invertirle al hotel para que sea algo agradable y que dé gusto disfrutar. ”

“It was clean. It is like a tiki hut. No wifi, no tv. Updated bathroom. They had a nice private plunge pool. They came and took dinner order. It took awhile to get dinner, but they are walking up mountain. It is not for anyone who can't do a lot of stairs. I would have liked a blanket on the bed and hot water. Overall, I recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy nature and the person they are with. ”

“Incredible experience, staying in a beautiful family house with our hosts Juan and Lidi who were so welcoming and friendly. The room has A/C, a fan and it's a very comfortable open house with plenty of space.”

“A/C was not working, I asked a couple of times for them to come fix it, they said ok but nobody ever showed up. Aslo the sink would not drain properly and water would sit there”
