After traveling for over 17 hours, our room was not ready upon arrival and was still dirty. We specifically reserved a balcony room, but the room we were given did not have a balcony. Additionally, there was no hot water, and the air conditioning was only available between 7:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., which was very uncomfortable.”

“Zero star but excellent view. The unit was full of small ant and spiders, no one is clearly managing the unit or cleaning it properly. There was ants in the luggage bags and we had to be the ones cleaning the apartment. You can’t sit at the table and have dinner because bugs will go on your plate. Better to stay at a hotel. The building itself was relatively new, good gym with a view and the apartments views were amazing. Just be ready to clean yourself.”
