“Me sentí muy incómoda porque al llegar me hicieron un downgrade de la habitacion y simplemente me dijeron que eso es lo que había, mas o menos qje de malas. Servicio al cliente bien precario. Logré al final lo que me merecía pero habria preferido desde el principio que me trataran como corresponde tratar a un cliente”

“It’s nothing like it looks and it boring no activities no exclusive nothing room small bugs everywhere we have to pay every time you take a ride back to the city on the boat just totally aren’t there. I didn’t stay 24 hours there I was gone in 12 in the city.”

“It was clean. It is like a tiki hut. No wifi, no tv. Updated bathroom. They had a nice private plunge pool. They came and took dinner order. It took awhile to get dinner, but they are walking up mountain. It is not for anyone who can't do a lot of stairs. I would have liked a blanket on the bed and hot water. Overall, I recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy nature and the person they are with. ”

“Me and my family’s review is based on our experience we had at the Hilton during our five nights stay here. We were in contact with the hotel prior to arrival and spoke to multiple employees and explain to them. We are travelling with kids under the age of six and need connecting rooms to our surprise at the time of check-in, they told us they did not have any connecting rooms and will have to give us separate rooms on different sides of the hotel. This was extremely frustrating after a 12 hour...

“Only problem: the room was next to a noisy engine( i guess it was the ac converter). Had we had a light sleet it would have been a huge problem.”
