“Only problem: the room was next to a noisy engine( i guess it was the ac converter). Had we had a light sleet it would have been a huge problem.”

“My room had mold near the bed , in the shower , and once I spotted it on the pillow with a fresh pillowcase over it , I just stayed with a friend. The power went out due to a storm and the other hotels had power back but this property was a bit slow on it. No washcloths or outside light. This was the upgrade they so graciously gave me (single to triple).”

“Ottima struttura di stile coloniale in mezzo ai grattacieli, nel cuore della zona di Bocagrande e a due passi dal mare. Hanno camere con e senza finestre: quella senza finestre ci è stata proposta solo una volta arrivati, ma era davvero migliore delle altre e l’abbiamo presa, dimenticando che le finestre non c’erano. Ottima colazione. Buon menu di pranzo e cena se uno vuole approfittarne. Pulitissimo. Personale un po’ alla buona ma gentili, di cuore e collaborativi.”

“Stanze terribilmente umide e maleodoranti. Scarsa attenzione al cliente. Lettini e ombrelloni in spiaggia a pagamento. Il secondo giorno abbiamo cambiato hotel.”

“Il bagno ero bruttissimo di scarso livello e con lo specchio tutto sporco e vergognoso, stanza scarsa per essere un 4 stelle sembrava da 1-2 stelle e per il prezzo andavo direttamente in un altro hotel sconsigliato e non raccomando nessuno di andare lì, servizio pure ho chiesto spiegazioni ma non mi hanno aiutato in niente”

“My recent stay was fantastic! Minor maintenance issues were resolved quickly, and the three-bedroom unit had a full kitchen and private baths for each room. The location is perfect, just four blocks from the beach and next to a lively sports bar. Plus, it's super convenient with grocery stores, pharmacies, clothing stores, and even casinos nearby!”
