“We chose this place for it's convenient location from Gora station. I think we booked the condo side of the building instead of the hotel side, cause there appeared to mainly be families while we were there. Lots of facilities and amenities catered to children and families. We were lucky our room was on the same floor as the private bath, which we were able to utilize. Overall we enjoyed the experience, but it's better suited for families rather than a couple on their honeymoon.”

“We had an excellent relaxing visit in Hakone at the Prince Hotel. The Japanese bath is exceptionally beautiful, has an outdoor tub from which the sunrise over the mountains can be seen. We enjoyed the extensive breakfasts- don't pass them up. We don't golf or play tennis, but used this resort setting as a base for sightseeing and hiking the region's mountain trails.”

“We were on our honeymoon and when we told them they upgraded us to a jr suite. The view of the hotel is beautiful, actually the only place we got to see Mt. Fuji from, because of all the clouds and fog. The only thing bad to say about the hotel is that there is not much around it for places to eat especially breakfast, which for us was a bit to expensive €20 in two. We found a place called Bakery and Table i think in Moto-Hakone-ko close to the bus station. But beautiful view and great hotel!”
