“This hotel was perfect. You walk in the door and it smells amazing. They even have free cookies at the front desk. The breakfast was very good too. Sausage, omelets , has browns, cinnamon rolls . Plus all the regular stuff like cereal or yogurt. Really beautiful hotel with super clean rooms”

“The room was mostly clean, but housekeeping should pay more attention to things such as, molded shower heads ( we used two different rooms and both were the same, my husband cleaned them), questionable things on the bathroom walls, there should be no leftover hair in the tub. Beds were clean and comfortable and the atmosphere was pretty quiet. They use a kiosk to check in after a certain time.”

“Location is great close to restaurants & shopping mall. Place could use some renovation & breakfast area could be better with more sitting area. Otherwise for a one night sleep, it serves the purpose.”

“All of the staff at the hotel were so friendly and kind. They have done a good job maintaining the hotel but it is really showing its age and could use some updates. The seals on all the windows were broken so the windows in the rooms were all fogged over. The tub in my room backed up and would not drain. They were nice enough to change my room since the problem couldn’t be fixed in a timely manner. The water pressure on the showers was too low. There was a couch in my room that had some stains...

“Love that breakfast was served until 1000. I am not an early riser so this worked out perfect for me. I also loved that each day there was a different choice of foods to choose from. I am allergic to a lot of foods and this was especially helpful to me. The front end associates were very nice and professional. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back.”

“Staff members were courteous and helpful. However, the hotel is older and needs renovation; especially the bathroom in our room. The shower did not work properly, there was rust and mold around the tub. I was staying in the hotel for a next morning procedure at the local hospital. I stay in the area often and this was the first time I had stayed at this property. Unfortunately it will be my last time staying here.”
