Hotel a Hartsville

“overall, we had a good stay. We were just a little bummed out that the pool wasn’t up and running, and it was not stated at the time of booking other than that the rooms were clean. The breakfast was good.”

“Clean but very outdated and not well maintained. Peeling wallpaper, torn seat cushions. The staff was great though, very welcoming and came to the rescue when the lock on my door broke and I couldn’t get in my room where my dogs were”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. The room I was assigned had problems with the air and it was extremely warm. I had to request a fan from the front desk which helped some but, it was still uncomfortable. Although conveniently located downtown the dining options are very limited on Sunday with majority of the restaurants within walking distance are closed as well as the hotel’s rooftop bar.”

“We booked for our annual trip to FL because the rooms were so clean last year. This time there was hair on the bathroom floor (a lot in the corners) and a soap wrapper behind the toilet. And the room had an off putting odor.”

“We had a king room with handicap accessible, they had a chair for the shower already in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the ac kept the room very cold we had to turn it down.”

“the bed was comfortable and the adjustable air conditioning was appreciated. however, i did notice a strange smell in the entirety of the building but also in my room. the bathroom sink underneath the rim had some mold, i had a few stains on my bed sheets, and surfaces including the tv remote could’ve been wiped down. other than that, it was an okay stay for 2 nights.”

“The room smelled stale when we arrived. The staff was very nice. The power turned off in the middle of the night and our room got hot and miserable. No compensation was given. Because the power had went out, no breakfast was offered other than the room temperature stuff. This is a no bells or whistles place to stay. If all you need is a place to sleep, this is probably fine for you.”

“Upon arrival we were not properly greeted and were told to wait a minute. This wait took approximately 3 months minutes before getting checked in. The attendant was very dry not did not make an attempt to even provide a polite smile. I believe she was very rude. She assigned us a room with a dirty toilet which didn’t even flush. The alternate room provide was adequate. Will not return.”
