“Que dire d'un hôtel dont le client doit lui-même appeler le serveur pour mettre en service le WI-FI défaillant et, bien sûr, payer alors que ce service est inclus sans la prestation?... Que dire d'un hôtel dont la piscine intérieure, est ouverte sur les deux étages des chambres des clients ? Impossible dans ces conditions de dormir avant 23 heures quand les gamins ont fini d'y chahuter et les parents de faire de même... Que dire d'un hôtel dont la piscine, objet de beaucoup de bruits, est bordée...

“Property was under construction, but what was done was nice. There was a lacrosse team that was staying there and the children were very rowdy during the stay and at the pool maybe some stricter rules on parents watch in their children.”

“Rooms were nice & comfortable with plenty of parking. Our rooms were mixed up and two of our party were booked in the same room. Ultimately neither party ended up with that room.”

“Parking, location, and staff were good. Our room was filthy. Vent in the bathroom and ice machine on 10 and 11 broken. Lobby nice but our room was a dump.”

“Very clean hotel, friendly staff, and in a great area walkable to an outdoor shopping plaza. Safe neighborhood. Rooftop bar was wonderful and the staff there was great too. I didn’t eat the buffet breakfast but it looked more elevated than your typical breakfast buffet! Rooms were large & all had a mini fridge that actually kept things cold. Water stations with glass carafe’s you could bring back to the room on my floor (6th) was great too!”

“Breakfast needs to be open earlier on Saturdays. Stayed for a tournament and couldnt eat cuz didnt open til 7am. Room/hotel was ok and clean but had a funny smell in entire motel including room. Like trying to cover up pet smell or something like that.”

“Our room wasnt cleaned for 2 days. We had to ask for clean towels. When room was finally cleaned on 3rd night of our 4 night stay, it was half done. Shower wasn't cleaned at all.”
