“Hair dryer in room didn’t work Hallways reeked of smoke all the time-so much for it being a no smoking hotel”

“Breakfast was subpar, raining out and very noisy in the room . Would not stay there again.”

“The breakfast was good and the room was clean. But the hotel and rooms are extremely outdated. The room doors are wood and in terrible shape, Cracked and peeling. The caulking around the sink was a dark brown (why wouldn't you use white??) and was peeling and all over the sink. The phone looked like it was from the 80's. There are hardly any plug ins. No upgrades for phone chargers. The tile in the bathroom floor and around the tub was cracked. ”

“I used the gym it was well kept. It felt small but I was able to use what I wanted. ”

“Everything was fantastic!!! The room was clean, lobby clean, hot tub great temp, pool heated it was a fantastic stay and will definitely stay here again. The only advice would be to add more variety of hot breakfast instead of just eggs and sausage but delicious either way. Close to Costco and other amenities right across the street. Thank you!! This was a breath of fresh air to arrive at Springhill Suites after we left our original hotel due to lack of cleanliness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! ”

“Double charged. 180+ from Expedia for the room. Then they put a 120$ hold on my card. Ok no big deal. Then I get home from my trip and see I was charged another 20$ hold. Ok no big deal..weird... But no big deal. Then I see .. another full room rate charge. Left room in perfect condition literally just went in slept and left. Worker either is scamming people intentionally or Expedia is trash. Never using this app again. ”

“Room was generally clean. Portions of the carpet could have benefitted for a good vacuum. The layout of the bathroom and wash basin was not particularly preferable. With the washbasin outside the toilet and with no handle par to hang a hand towel, we had to drape a towel on a chair, or walk into the toilet with wet hands and face to dry up. Recommend: install a hand towel bar on the side of the wash basin.”
