“The bathroom in the hotel room was not what we expected. Privacy offered was less than desired with a curtain separating the bathroom from the room. Even someone in the toilet was heard. The temperature in the room could not be controlled easily and the lobby and the restaurants were freezing. The Starbucks was out of muffins and all lemonades at 9:30 am. The person at the register seemed to be very unhappy with her job. We couldn’t charge the bill to our room. The Sawgrass restaurant sat...

“The check-in process went smoothly and the room and hotel were clean minus the weird smell in the elevator. The shower sucked!!! I absolutely hated it. I hope they weren’t all like that. The staff was helpful.”
