“Rooms were clean”

“Hotel advertised as a hotel with continental breakfast. Only has coffee and juice Room was clean but need major updates on property. Our room by windows floor was cracking and dent on floor. Other was good for sleeping hotel”

“The breakfast on Saturday morning was the best part of the whole stay. Great server great food and quite tasty ! The room was very clean but the internet was intermittent The TV was on and off every time it rained. Plus our room phone did not work at all.... Needs work. ✌”

“We had a room with a king bed and a sleep sofa. The room felt spacious and functioned well. The layout with a wide desk with frosted glass acting as a room divider between the bed and comfortable sofa was well planned. Generous closet space was appreciated as was the built in luggage rack over the HVAC unit. The HVAC unit had a setting for constant fan use which helps dampen sounds and keep the air fresh. “I reserved a Double Queen Suite which sleeps 6. The photos showed 2 queens plus a pull out couch in an adjacent room. What I got was 2 queens and in the adjacent room a live seat which was not a pull out. I attempted to call the front desk from the room phone… which had no dial tone and turned out not to be connected to anything… apparently just decorative. I called the hotel on my cell.. I was told that the property has NO pull out beds, and that they have NO CONTROL over what Expedia...

“Clean room and polite staff.”

“Housekeeping never cleaned room for the two nights we were there. Only light in bathroom is connected to fan and is VERY loud when on making it virtually impossible to use. Food was so so.”

“The room was disgusting, the carpet was filthy, the floor is in the bathroom had not been clean for months there was stains on the sheets”

“Not good. I knew not to expect much but for $104 a night but I didn’t think it would also smell like sewage and vomit. Stained mattress cover hanging out of the sheet, unreal grime levels as pictured. Would not have stayed the night if I’d seen these things before getting back to the room too late to leave….not worth it. Save and go somewhere else cleaner that won’t make you feel like your skin is crawling. Also pool looks like it’s been closed for a decade. Front desk guy was nice.”

“Pool was out of order for maintenance. Which was a BIG reason for choosing this site for 5 nights. Location was wonderful. Room was clean except for floors. More spacious than expected. Little balcony was a cute touch. Continental breakfast was great on the weekend, during the week it was like it was only what was left over from the weekend. Very lacking and disappointing. Elevators were very quick but terribly filthy and unsanitary. We actually left a day early due to the pool being close...

“We stayed at this location 1 year ago. Breakfast choices have been reduced. We went to Cracker Barrel the second morning we were there. I traveled with my wife, not my “partner”.”
