“The morning of the day we were checking in I received a vm from the manager saying she was running my card and had an issue. Stated I needed to return the call quickly or I would be at risk of losing my reservation. (Keep in mind this was for a 7 day stay!!). I booked thru Expedia and had selected pay at property so why it was being run before we arrived was odd. Room definitely need some love shown to it.
