“I reserved a Double Queen Suite which sleeps 6. The photos showed 2 queens plus a pull out couch in an adjacent room. What I got was 2 queens and in the adjacent room a live seat which was not a pull out. I attempted to call the front desk from the room phone… which had no dial tone and turned out not to be connected to anything… apparently just decorative. I called the hotel on my cell.. I was told that the property has NO pull out beds, and that they have NO CONTROL over what Expedia...

“Front staff was great, kids pulling the fire alarm-not so great. But definitely not the staffs fault. Our room could have been cleaner. Corners in the bathroom haven’t been touched in awhile, used beer can left in cupboards (we had a suite), old piece of tomato left on carpet under the footstools. Location was good, easy to get to.”

“Parking lot is clustered with a restaurant. Currently remodeling. Traffic on the highway can sometimes be loud at night. Regardless, I really like the hotel and the direction the remodel is going. It was clean. No bugs!”

“They told me my reservation didn’t exist, but actually cancelled my original reservation and charged my card again because they didn’t have the room I booked. I booked a suite, they tried to tell me I didn’t, even though my reservation said suite and that’s what I was charged for. The check in process wasn’t professional, staff didn’t know what they were doing, and then they tried to enter our room at 8:00am. One quick loud knock and immediately tried to enter, it was very, very odd and made me...
