“This was our third time staying here, and overall we really enjoy this hotel. The property is very nice, we love the pools and indoor/outdoor hot tub, and the rooms are beautiful. Unfortunately, this stay was a bit disappointing due to several housekeeping issues. After a day at the beach, the floors were never swept, so we continued to track and feel sand throughout the room for the remainder of our stay. “Drove 2 hours to come stay here and go to the beach for a mini family vaca. Read online the reviews and really thought it was going to be outstanding considering paying 350$ got there early to not be able to check in a hour early. (It was over 100 degrees outside) & not one room ready. Then get up to room to not be able to find remote. Thats ok, call the front desk for them to tell me to look myself. Never found it. Had to walk down and she said she would send someone up with one. Ok….. TOOK 30...

“Good breakfast and right across parking lot is a nice restaurant with outdoor seating with views of the lake and live entertainment. A little bit of remodeling was taking place but they weren’t too noisy.”

“The hotel itself was nice but the power went out at like 3pm and was out the entire stay so we only got to use the pool for an hour, no breakfast or coffee the next morning, not much emergency lighting in the evening after the sun went down. On top of all that, the fire alarms went off twice. Once at 10pm and once at 2am. We understand the weather was no fault of the staff but things could have been handled differently for guests.”

“The studio rooms do not contain a bathtub/shower combo as shown in pictures. Also, housekeeping only comes once a week and was in my room at 9pm. Very strange. Staff was nice and tried to remedy the situation regarding the need for a bathtub. Ultimately, they were unable to find another room to meet my needs for the stay. Breakfast was okay. However, the same bagels and muffins were there all week. I noticed nothing new was added and it was the same all week. The hotel could’ve been more...

“I reserved a Double Queen Suite which sleeps 6. The photos showed 2 queens plus a pull out couch in an adjacent room. What I got was 2 queens and in the adjacent room a live seat which was not a pull out. I attempted to call the front desk from the room phone… which had no dial tone and turned out not to be connected to anything… apparently just decorative. I called the hotel on my cell.. I was told that the property has NO pull out beds, and that they have NO CONTROL over what Expedia...

“It was right near a lot of places that made it a convenient place to stay. It was also near where I needed to be. ”

“We were very impressed by our stay here! Very clean hotel, the staff was super friendly and helpful! The pool was clean and refreshing, after a hot afternoon at the beach! The breakfast was a nice variety, and delicious ! We have previously stayed next door, but will be coming back here, to the Comfort Suites, when we come to St Joe!”

“The water pressure was very poor. There was not a hair dryer in the room and I could hear the people upstairs walking.”

“It appeared the breakfast was short staffed. Not enough food or supplies were on hand. The gal seemed to be working hard but not enough support. Other Fairfield’s have done much better. Also I hope the guy that was sleeping in the breakfast area in the afternoon is ok.”

“Unfortunate circumstances. I booked this hotel for my sister’s wedding, just 2 nights of mostly just somewhere to sleep and get ready and we couldn’t even do that. I had one hour to get ready for my sister’s rehearsal dinner and once you get past the bums wandering the parking lot, the room was an “oh that’s why they hang out here” moment. The pictures online look nice I was shocked, and clearly fooled. I felt bad only one man was running the entire hotel. This is where my frustration comes in:...

“Check in is not from 11-3 so we got there way too early for no reason. There were no towels at 330, 530,630 at 12:30 they finally gave us two towels for our family of 6. Pretty sad.”

“Super old place- bad everything. Mold in the bathroom -room 101 - smelly and no $ back :(”
