“I have never seen a room so poorly maintained. They tried to silicone over mold/mildew in the tub, cuts in the wallpaper, paint peeling on the ceiling, loose toilet seat, dresser drawers so tight you couldn't use them. All the flags out front were horribly tattered. If you're not going to maintain these flags, then remove them!! It is a huge disgrace to the flag as well as the Countries they represent. Horribly disappointed, would never go back!!”

“it has been a long time since the entrance to a hotel did not have doors that opened automatically - here you have to carry luggage and open doors at the same time. The breakfast offerings were the worst of the “breakfast included” options of hotel chains. Staff were fine - just would not choose this option again - there are much better choices in this price range”

“The property was super clean. We only stayed one night, but the set-up would have been excellent for several nights, due to the many items available in the kitchen. I would strongly recommend. Great experience!”

“Great location. Walkable to dining and the market. Easy drive to Banff and Lake Louise at a fraction of the cost of staying over there. A few miles from the hot springs which we enjoyed twice! Fifteen minutes to Invermere downtown with loads of cute shops and a great Appie Hour at Ullr!”

“Front desk not at front door, must ring outside bell and limited check in times. Carpets need cleaning, stains, mud in hall. Clean room and nice individual breakfast in bright dining room but only one person available to both take orders and cook for all guests.”

“It was a great location, but…. Our cabin was very run down (looking around a lot of the cabins looked nice, perhaps we just had bad luck). In order to open the cabin door you had to put your shoulder into it, and to close it had to slam it very hard!! When doing dishes the sink wouldn’t drain, after a shower, outside smelled like septic tank, toilet seat kept falling off, bathroom faucet handle kept falling off, couldn’t close the bedroom door because the door was opened against the wall and...

“Excellent one night stay at the Lido motel, room was spotless, large and bright. Modern and high quality. Kitchenette was very nice, with microwave, toaster and stove. Check in super easy and very friendly. Will definitely be staying back here next time we're in Radium!”

“The property is old and need of rejuvenation, the deck while providing amazing views did not inspire feeling safe as the wood definitely needs to be redone. The room was clean , it did have an odd smell. This hotel is at best right now 2 1/2 to 3 stars with 5 star views. The entire property needs a big renovation. That being said it was quiet , cozy and did have phenomenal views.”
