“No hot water and the bathroom door would not shut. The staffs response was you should let the water run for fifteen minutes.”

“I had a question prior to arrival and called the hotel. They were so friendly, helpful, and professional! I’ve stayed here before and will definitely do so in the future!”

“We loved our stay at this Springhill. We were greeted very kindly by the woman at the front desk. Our room was super cozy and spacious. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower. The only thing that was not great was the shower pressure. Overall, we were very pleased and will stay at this hotel again.”

“Clean rooms and comfortable beds. My room was across from the ice maker and that was very loud. Bathroom is small. Front desk clerks were very nice and helpful.”

“We had a wonderful stay. My ONLY complaint was the night time desk woman was very rude, however the person I spoke to in the morning more than made for het rude coworker. The bed was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was well made and a decent selection. I greatly enjoyed having coffee available 24 hrs a day. We will definitely be back.”

“Glass window was cracked. No pillows on the bed. The toilet was loose where it connected to the floor.”

“Our rooms were never cleaned after three days they still we’re not cleaned. We had to ask for more towels. The bathtub faucet fell off and the room phone did not work. Nothing was changed after we notified staff. I guess you get what you pay for.”

“The room was mediocre. But decently clean. Lots of painted over spots that you can that the room still needs an update more than what has been done. The pillows are HORRIBLE. The bed was mushy and lumpy and very uncomfortable. Sheets were clean, but the mattress cover was stained. The bathroom was clean, but the shower curtain was DISGUSTING. The free breakfast was okay. The coffee is NASTY. It tasted like old curry. I don’t recommend this Quality inn. For the price, it could have been...
