“The staff at this hotel are very welcoming and friendly! All of them were willing to talk with you. The gym is great. It’s nice to have this when you can’t work out at home. It’s one of the better gyms I have used when I have been on vacation. The adult pool is nice to get away from the noice and children. It was a little rocky checking in but Gillermo Queseda took care of putting us in the room we booked and it was a pleasant stay from that point on. “This place was way beyond my expectations! The kids club was unreal perfect for both my 3 year old and 7 year old. They were exceptionally kind and entertaining. The food was above my expectations with the Pizza at Portofino being a highlight. The outdoor movie night was so fun and really special. The room was nice and big and service was amazing with everyone being very helpful and attentive.”
