Hotel di lusso a Montego Bay

“L'hotel è molto bello, classica struttura coloniale di fronte al mare, tutti gli inservienti vestiti di bianco etc. vi deve piacere lo stile. Il mare non è stile caraibi ma mostra molte sfumature sul verde, poca sabbia molto pulito. Le camere sono la parte più bella, tutte vista mare con ampio e comodo letto, bel bagno e pulitissime. Preparatevi, i costi del cibo e delle bevande sono esorbitanti considerando che qualunque cosa ordiniate verrà sottoposta ad un 30% di aumento (tax+service...

“i had a very negative experience my hot tub jets didn’t come on and the hot water in the shower didn’t work. overall the hotel is very outdated as well. when i told the front desk he laughed at me with no solution. staff was also very rude. i stayed at excellence for 4 days and here one, it was nowhere near comparable to a 5 star experience. would not recommend.”

My only complaints are that the breakfast menu is repetitive and the excursion desks was problematic. Avoid booking tours through the representatives at the hotel—if your plans change, they will refuse a refund and send you on a wild goose chase to resolve it with other companies."
