“It was clean and comfortable for a 3 star hotel, very noisy being next to the highway, but tolerable. No cutlery or plates were supplied. Very reasonable price.”

“The property needs maintenance inside and out, my 3.30pm check-in sent me to a room that had not been made up. Language difficulties so I will definitely recommend elsewhere 😇”

“Good value stay close to where we needed to be. Maintenance is not excellent and cleaning a bit hit-and-miss, although the issues were dealt with promptly. Getting into the gated community is initially complicated but simple after the first entry.”

“We loved our overnight stay at La Costa, wish we could of stayed longer. Bit out of the action but they have bikes to use for free so can get around faster. Loved the basket of goodies for breaky and snacks.”

“Internet wasn't good. There were dirty plates in the Breakfast area. Staff was good. Plenty of free parking. Location is good. Clean room.”

“Great for a stay when going to a Gold Coast Suns game - an easy 15 minute walk. Room was clean and comfortable, staff super helpful, and breakfast was amazing!”

“Need more explanation for guest arriving outside of reception hours, was suppose to get a email with check in instruction but did not come through, rang earlier in the day but no one advise to just contact the after hours team and they would assist”

“The room was clean the staff friendly and very helpful. The restaurant and bar staff were great, helps to be able to have your meal delivered to your room. Great for a stay in that area, recommend to other travellers.”

“Cleanliness”

“Old and very tired, in need of refurbishment. Three main things define a quality room - Plumbing, Pillows and Aircon, FAIL on all 3. You can hear other people's plumbing running. The pillows are thin cheap ones probably bought from Coles and the aircon was ineffective. Had to set it to 17C and flat out to even get the room down to a temperature where I wasn't sweating. Hardly slept and won't ever stay here again!”

“Great place for a date night or some R&R. Very relaxed, cozy atmosphere. Roaring fireplace to keep you warm during the colder months at the main restaurant. Staff are very accomadating and go above and beyond. Warm and welcoming and can make a mean Cocktail! Reccommend staying the night if wanting to make the most of the service, menue and Bar! Menue and bar prices are very reasonable for the quality and amount you receive.”
