“The room was clean the staff friendly and very helpful. The restaurant and bar staff were great, helps to be able to have your meal delivered to your room. Great for a stay in that area, recommend to other travellers.”

“Old and very tired, in need of refurbishment. Three main things define a quality room - Plumbing, Pillows and Aircon, FAIL on all 3. You can hear other people's plumbing running. The pillows are thin cheap ones probably bought from Coles and the aircon was ineffective. Had to set it to 17C and flat out to even get the room down to a temperature where I wasn't sweating. Hardly slept and won't ever stay here again!”

“We booked Studio Apartment with Harbour View. We were offered what would be best described as an apartment that was in a corridor, with a corridor view. Absolutely terrible room. At the reception, the staff said that they did not have any Harbour view rooms...then told us yes they found one. Well the one they gave us was not a harbour view room at all. The room was what would be described as a pool access room, and when we went outside, the sliding door fell of its hinges. This needs to be...

“Everything was good”

“The female staff member that checked us in was very friendly and welcoming . She really went out of her way to help. The room was all we needed, bed was comfortable and shower good. It was great being connected to the Irish pub for good reasonably priced meals and drinks. It is close to the light rail stops and easy walk to the water. We would definitely stay here again.”
