Hotel a Guanaba

“Room was clean but a bit dated. The staff were so lovely at check in and check out. The room cleaners always said good morning and tidied up our room each day. It was nice to visit during the Easter break as there were lots of families with kids also enjoying the hotel and its facilities but it also wasn't over crowded. I would stay here again. “Rude staff wouldnt let me check in after 8 oclock had to sleep in the lobby as there was no after hours contact details and then at 7am the next daywhen reception opened told me i had to wait till 2 pm that day to check in even though my booking was for the night before. Couldnt understnd basic english.”

“Room was great - comfortable, clean and spacious. Reception staff were welcoming and accommodating. Location was close by to our reasons for staying. Criticisms- whilst my dietary requirement was catered for at breakfast, it was done so with an air of annoyance as if I had a choice (I wish I didn't have my condition) pending which chef was on and how busy/understaffed the restaurant was. This could have been easily resolved in my case if the scrambled eggs didn't have cream in it or if fried...

“The Hotel cleaners were very pathetic. The rooms were not cleaned properly and even Toilet papers and coffee and sugar were not supplied. Very poor management. Would never recommend anyone to consider this hotel in the near future. ”

“There were still room service plates outside our room from when we arrived till late that night. The ice machine barely worked to produce ice. The food in Terraces restaurant is supurb, but the poor staff performance lets it down. Apart from that, had a good stay”

“Gym and buffet breakfast was good though signage re: gluten free etc could be better. Staff were always smiling and pleasant to deal with. Matress a bit too soft but overall a good family stay. The buggy parked at the doorway created a bottle neck for pedestrian traffic whenever a coach or car was parked at the entrance. ”

“Great option to stay over. However, only hiccup is with the onsite parking. Property is on a busy road and parking place is very tight and limited. Be prepared to find parking elsewhere if you are unlucky. ”

“Beautiful room and spot. I find most apartments showers have weird showers and this was no exception, no pressures or temp control. I would score this 4.5* only because of the shower. Easy access to tram and beach”
