“so excited when I booked this property, it was higher price than most properties in surfers Paradise Gold Coast arrived. Everything is dated carpet in the hallways ice machines didn’t work the entire time on each floor bathrooms are a combination triangular Jacuzzi shower bathtub terrible open the mini bar fridge there’s dust mold not clean at all for the price. This place should be half the price. The only thing that saves this property are the ocean views from the ocean room which we booked....

“The apartment appears quite old and is not well maintained. The room had multiple cleanliness issues: stains were visible on the doors, walls, furniture, toilet, and toilet paper holder. The dining chairs had noticeable marks, the floor was not properly cleaned, and the walls were yellowed.
The doors and door handles in each room showed significant wear, with stains and signs of rust. The washing machine was not usable, as there was mould inside.
