“Nice location great stay”

“The hotel is dirty! The carpet looks so aged and dirty! The rooms need deep cleaning, there were hair and dirty sarong the bed that were touching the walls. The room was ok clean! Not what I expected from Best Western Plus, disappointed! However, the 2 morning staff we had interactions with were amazing. Not sure what the gentleman’s name at check out was but he was so friendly and would probably put a smile on a person that was upset! The lady that was working the breakfast also drove...

“The woman who greeted us upon arrival was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Our very spacious, well-designed room looked and smelled clean. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. And the free breakfast buffet was excellent! The food was hot, and they served a large variety of very tasty food options! The room was quiet outside, of a common hotel issue of loud A/C systems.”

“This is a small out of the way older property . Nothing fancy . Not so much a family fun spot and away from the crowds. It's not 5 star but it's comfortable. I have stayed here about 12 times when i go to Orlando. I return twice a year to clean my family cemetery plots not for the attractions. The husband and wife staff are very friendly. I have never seen any bugs in the rooms . And I always feel safe. A nice quiet place, inexpensive, away from the crowds, nothing fancy.”
