“I loved having a room with an outdoor space, and it's wonderful that this hotel is completely pet-friendly. When my dog was afraid to go on the elevator, Adam at the front desk helpfully moved me to a first-floor room. The hotel has its own private beach access, and the pool area is very nice, with plenty of options for kids and adults. I forgot my beach chair, but they work with a vendor that provides beach chairs and umbrellas and lets you charge them to your room, so you don't have to carry...

“Great staff, very helpful! I had issues with my door code and was immediately moved to a different room which was appreciated. The rooms are sufficient and budget-friendly. The location is very convenient to shops and restaurants with a very short drive to the lighthouse and area beaches which is why I chose this hotel. I wanted to be close to top birding spots and was not disappointed!”

“Great Stay! I was a little concerned with past reviews but figured out that the bad reviews were from the previous hotel. This is a newly taken over Home 2 and what you’d expect from a great Hilton family! It is exactly what we were looking for! Beautiful Oceanfront room with a balcony, kitchenette and easy parking! Room was clean and staff was amazing! We will be back anytime we are in the Outer Banks area!”

“I went on a 3 night solo vacation to the beach. It was the perfect proximity to walk to the beach, Jeannette’s Pier, breakfast and dinner locations, and ice cream at Booty Treats. It was beautifully maintained with a great pool. The private walkway to the beach was convenient and easy to access. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable and quiet. I loved that there was a Keurig and mini fridge in my room. The only thing I’d change about this place is the shower...

“Unfortunately, my daughter and I had a very quick stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We arrived late and left early so did not get to experience the amenities. We appreciated a clean and quiet room. ”
