“The rooms and lobby were clean and relatively well-maintained. We didn't have the opportunity to use the pool or gym, but we enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the staff did a nice job keeping everything clean and stocked. The hotel was a very short drive from the main road, which has plenty of of restaurants and retail areas. I would stay here again the next time I'm in the area.”

“The hotel is nice and looks like it is well maintained. The front desk staff was not so pleasant. When checking out I asked about coffee and the feed back I got was we don’t give coffee for free. I told I could pay for it. Dah She explained since I booked thru Expedia, like it was a no no, she didn’t Have a receipt. Understandable but the tone was not acceptable. Hate that because u do have a nice property.”

“We were in town for a wedding and it was our first time staying at a hotel in Roanoke. We’ll definitely be booking here again. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It appears the hotel is undergoing some renovations, so I’m sure it will be even better once the work is complete. The location is excellent, with coffee shops nearby and plenty of convenient parking. The staff was warm and welcoming, and we were even offered complimentary cold bottled water as soon as we checked...

We visited several local restaurants and the transportation museum because of the informational packet within the unit. “Office manager was very kind and response was very fast. The location is close to many convenient stores to buy food or some other travel items. There is a fire station next to the hotel and so I felt safe.”
