“Great stay ”

“Hilton è una garanzia di pulizia, servizio e organizzazione. L'hotel è un classico della catena, molto ben tenuto con camere spaziosa e molto comode. La colazione un po' piccolina se non si vuole pagare un extra. Piacevole la piscina. Ovviamente, se cercate hotel particolari con caratteristiche uniche, questo non fa per voi. ”

“The cheese for my eggs this morning had some mold on it. Also, I was disappointed that the hotel did not have a regular dining menu.”

“What a gem, really enjoyed staying at The West End Flats. Our apartment was great, large bathroom, high end kitchen, We didn't need them but full-size washer/dryer was in the unit. AFOG onsite is wonderful, we picked up a brew each night and played corn hole in their back yard. ”

“On the website it states that the swimming pool is open, but it was not and there was no sign showing that they were closed so this made me have a terrible stay”

“The room was very clean and the staff was very nice to deal with.”

“Staff was great, rooms were very good with high ceilings, fridge, plenty of space, but no microwave. Parking was a small hassle, but a short walk does someone good. Location was fantastic. The only big problem was, hotel not yet finished. No lobby, no restaurant, no place to enjoy friends. Probably 6 months away from be completed and have a five star rating.”

“Room key kept malfunctioning. When I arrived I asked for a differ room they claimed they didn’t have any. Sketchy area surrounding the hotel. Rooms were decent for what you pay, nothing extravagant. Bed was ok. Good for a one night stay. ”

“We spent 5 minutes in the room before deciding to leave. Smoke detector ripped off the wall. Multiple cigarette holes on the sheets, tattered sheets, holes in the wall, dirty bathroom, roaches, it also smelled bad.”

“Pleasant experience. Staff very helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean & shower head was tall enough. breakfast was what is expected. A better IHG experience than many other IHG facilities.”
