“We stayed here for the Ella Langley concert in Salem. It was perfect! The lofts are beautifully renovated. We had a full kitchen and washer and dryer. It was very clean and felt safe. Parking was free. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I stayed here for a family reunion. I actually purchased several rooms for my family. I reviewed the other room and I received feedback from Hampton basically saying I lied or that was my interpretation. I stated my room smelled like a wet dog and that there had been a spider in the bathroom. Thier response was they checked my room and they didn't see a spider and the room smelled fine to them. Well of course I killed the spider. I didn't say it was infested. The room does smell however. ...

“My only regret is I could only stay one night. The room was perfect, full kitchen, living room, massive walk-in closet. This place would be perfect for a long stay in town. Lastly, and this may not be for everyone but THERE IS A BREWERY ON SITE!!! I arrived an hour early to check in and I enjoyed a few. Check in and checkout were all via automated text and I had no issues.”

“The check in was seamless and quick. The room was stunning and clean. Yes, the thumping music from the club next door was distracting until after midnight but a sound machine made it bearable. My suggestion is with such a lovely hotel that you increase the amenities ten fold. There were 3 muffins and mediocre coffee only at front desk in the morning. Champagne glasses sitting out a check in but no sign of champagne. No snacks or drinks of any kind. This hotel has amazing potential if they can...

“Office manager was very kind and response was very fast. The location is close to many convenient stores to buy food or some other travel items. There is a fire station next to the hotel and so I felt safe.”
