“Loved the staff and the suite was great. The only issue is that this property needs major renovation. I believe they are already preparing for that according to the staff we spoke to. Otherwise, it was great!”

“The property was outdated and minimally cleaned. The staff was not extremely helpful at check in (although the girl at checkout and breakfast was wonderful) they have a decent breakfast but the area and hotel are sketchy. It’s a place to sleep but that’s about it!”

“My room was in the middle of a remodel and smelt of fresh paint. The toilet paper dispenser wasn't installed and door hooks were not installed yet.”

“Good location for travel. Elevator didn’t work. Hot tub had a layer of ants on top of the water. Room not fully cleaned, used towels. Trash in the stairwell. Very limited breakfast selection.”

“Worse experience of my life. Signs of bed bugs, no working TV, no wifi, no working phone, no hot water, the room was filthy, as soon as I checked in I wanted to leave. But was told I wouldn't be getting a refund. I even had the insurance. She was very rude. I got ahold of Expedia they even called motel still no refund. Site says free breakfast nope not even that... I took pictures of how disturbing it all was.”

“The owner of the property canceled all third party reservations due to a popular event. Found out only after attempting to check in after the event at about 11:30 pm. Luckily we were only 2 hours from home, so we made the trek back home. Be aware of this issue.”

“Pool was closed by the city, beds were hard as a rock, tiny dead bugs were frozen in the ice at the bottom of the freezer, there was a roach that ran through the bathroom and the corners of the bathroom looked like they had not been cleaned. It was so bad we left because we did not want bugs crawling into our bags and we couldn’t sleep on such a hard bed. I didn’t think to take pictures because I was so grossed out. “Best part of our stay was Trey. I reserved a premium room and on our 2nd day they had not refilled the snacks. We had been at TT for 10 hrs and didn’t get lunch, so it was important to us. Trey not only found someone to take care of this, he also personally came to the room to make sure we were happy. Awesome young man with fantastic customer service!
