“Property was clean”

“I like the distance because it’s fairly close to our destination. I liked the friendliness of the staff. I didn’t like the fact that there was no hand soap or lotion in the room. There was not a suitcase stand. The air conditioner, no matter how we adjusted it, almost froze us. Other than the breakfast area, the entire hotel reminded me of a Motel 6. The carpets needed a good cleaning. The building on the sides need to be refurbished.”

“Horrible servicio y experiencia, solo por hacer un rewiew se enojaron los del hotel y hasta me cambiaron la clave de mi habitación porque estaban enojados por el rewiew que les hice, todas mis cosas adentro sin poderlas sacar hasta que sedieron a darme la clave porque les dije que los iba a reportar, no es profesional y el trato que me dieron es terrible, en mi consideración no deberian ser hotel hasta que no mejoren todos los aspectos, la habitación tenia moho en el baño y habian cucarachas...

“Property is old and run down. The room 122 we had was not cleaned properly. The sheets were not fresh. The room had a musty odor. The bathtub faucet didn’t work. On the flip side, Gargi from the front desk provided great support. The breakfast was decent. Overall this doesn’t look and feel like a Wyndham property at all.”

“The location and staff were not bad but the rooms were not clean shower were not working no refrigerator in our room.”

“Bed was very comfortable. Room had blackout curtains. Thing I appreciated the most was that the AC was quiet and wasn’t blasting air. It cooled very well and was quiet.”

“I had booked and paid upfront (nonrefundable) for a night. 3 people. We get there and front desk says theyre out of rooms, but we arent getting refunded either. Blamed it on being oversold.”

“We booked the hotel for convenience for a family wedding. Good location and plenty of rooms. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel in general is ok, but is in serious need of refurbishment and upgrades, especially for the rates they charge. Our bathtub had been reglazed, but the finish had a big hole in it. There were dings in the drywall and paint requiring touchups. The pool was very small for the size of hotel and the whole setup is dated. They clearly keep a full house due to their...

“I very much liked this Holiday Inn. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff members were very kind. I greatly enjoyed the variety of breakfast choices. My only grievance would be that the parking lot is only just barely adequate; I did always find a parking spot, but it was not always easy to do so.”

“The staff is amazing, But the hotel needs major renovations. The elevator was broken on our stay. The rooms were overly sprayed with deoderizer to mask the smell of old cigarettes.”
