“This hotel is going downhill from 6 years ago when I stayed for the first time , the rooms are dirty you can tell they just crean superficially. The only thing rising about this declining hotel is the price.”

“Here's the deal. We drove from Phx, AZ to Lubbock, TX for a family emergency. We didn't need anything fancy, the pics of the website are so deceiving. The beds look just like that but the other pictures must be from a completely different hotel. The floor is nasty, do not walk bare feet. The walls are nasty & very dirty. The bathroom was nasty too, black ring around the toilet, the shower was yellowish like it hasn't been clean. I went to buy products to clean it because I needed to...

“The Front desk gentleman was extremely nice and helpful his name Simon, very courteous and nice manners.”

“I was charged two times one on my bank card and one on my Capital One card. Now I cannot talk to anyone about these charges. Not happy at all about this.”

“Quite frankly the room was small and for two guest we had 1 wash cloth and 1hand towel. The floor by the toilet was dirty and the pillows smelled like dirty hair and sweat. For the price of the room, I was surprised that there was not a free breakfast. The next trip to visit our grandchildren we will stay elsewhere. But excellent staff!! ”
