“Breakfast was the best part of the hotel. A but dated and dark inside. Our shower didnt drain and the maintenence guybhad to fix it. Shower room had mold on ceilings and thr philosophy that caulk fixes anything in the shower... has good amenities”

“The tub was dirty. Had a ring of nasty in it. Sink in bathroom had a crack. Soaps were low. The tv was difficult to use. Waste of time to get tv to work. Tv was very little. The side door security lock was malfunctioning. Wasn’t worth the price paid. Very disappointed ”

“The property condition was really the only downfall to our stay. The entire second floor flooring was bowed and bouncy. Our room had a large dip by the bed that you tripped on all the time. Bathtub was loose and repaired with caulk. Overall a very nice hotel that looks like it was recently remodeled, but maybe cheaply done? ”

“First time to stay at this chain. Very clean rooms and facility. Soft beds and fluffy pillows. They have a breakfast that you pay for separately and they bring it to your room.”

“The fires in courtyard create a lot of smoke in the room. Very uncomfortable! Also the showerhead in #113 is very uncomfortable. Likes pins sticking you. Needs adjustment. ”

“Overall our stay was great! However, we could hear everything in the halls and the exit door was extremely loud. Breakfast not being complementary was a bummer. It wasn’t fresh and had limited options, not worth the price of the voucher. ”

“This is a staffless row of suites across from the Pioneer Pocket hotel. You park right in front of your suite which includes a separate living area, bedroom, and bathroom. The room was clean, featured extra toiletries, and was convenient to downtown dining. This is our new favorite in Lubbock and was very reasonably priced.”

“The room had not been vacuumed was dusty. They were stains in on the toilet and in the bathtub.”
