“We reserved and paid two nights. Over $650.00. Upon arrival our room was changed to a different area of the property. The room was awful. The carpet felt wet and all the linens were damp and smelled of mold. There were crickets chirping behind the beds, ticks crawling underneath the gaps in the door, water and electrical pipes all exposed on the ceiling. The workout gym was full of water and machines covered in mud. The property is run down and felt unsafe. We stayed just two hours and had to...

“Good, not great. I found three pieces of trash in our room missed by the cleaning crew (candy wrapper, plastic deodorant lid, and nasal strip) in addition to yellow spots on one of the comforters. Breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed the pool. May or may not stay again depending on price and availability of similar hotels.”

“Excellent water pressure in the shower. Too bad there was no shower curtain and the the tiles were cracked and caving in between the toilet and tub. Linens were questionably stained and the whole place had this.... Ick to it. Like the energy is just bad and the vibe is WAY off. AHS hotel type things.”

The property smelled strongly of marijuana, there was frequent foot traffic at all hours, and several guests appeared to be under the influence. The room door was difficult to open and required assistance from staff. I was also informed that the cable service was experiencing issues, and none of the channels were working during my stay. “For the money I paid to stay, the floor was extremely dirty, even in the bathroom. Trash was not taken out. Breakfast was super terrible, snacks and coffee, which was never ready. Folks were waiting for coffee on several occasions. Don't think I'll be staying here anymore, plus I left one day early. I know I'll not getting a refund for that.”
