“Definitely an aging property. Online pics look nice, shower was very clean. Walking on the floor—😬 wondered if we might fall through though. Tiny but noticeable cigarette burns on sheets. We could hear the people above us walking across the floor most of the night. ”

“During my stay at the Hampton Inn Oklahoma City Northeast, I experienced several issues that affected the quality of the stay. I discovered multiple bugs on the bedding, including on the pillow and blankets, and counted approximately five. I took photos and reported the issue immediately to the front desk. We were moved to another room afterward. Prior to that, I had also reported several maintenance and cleanliness concerns through the hotel’s text service. These included a light bulb that...

“Rooms were clean and big, staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing lacking is the free breakfast - it is free so you can’t expect much, but the meats were pretty bad and there’s no place to warm up the food, also waffles are malt flavored and way too thin. Overall I would stay there again and just have breakfast out.”

“Best hotel we've stayed at in a while! Check in was quick, beds were super comfortable, and the room was clean. We were also able to book a room with a tub to accommodate my disabled toddler which was a huge plus! We will definitely book here again. ”

“I have stayed here many times and the TVs have never worked in any of the rooms I’ve stayed in. I stayed here for the heated pool but it is no longer heated so I won’t be staying here any longer. Overall it is clean. Location is great. ”

“No refrigerator in room, no hot tub, no elevators, sheets were stained, some outside windows had screens coming off. Cleaning staff entered room while gone. No channels on the tv worked. ”
