“Very disappointing stay. The room we were given was in terrible condition—the bed was dirty and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival. The staff didn’t greet us or make us feel welcome, which made for a poor first impression. Breakfast was also disappointing, with no vegan options available. Overall, I expected much better and would not recommend staying here.”

We were there celebrating my graduation from RN school, and Citizen House made the whole experience feel so special. “We reserved and paid two nights. Over $650.00. Upon arrival our room was changed to a different area of the property. The room was awful. The carpet felt wet and all the linens were damp and smelled of mold. There were crickets chirping behind the beds, ticks crawling underneath the gaps in the door, water and electrical pipes all exposed on the ceiling. The workout gym was full of water and machines covered in mud. The property is run down and felt unsafe. We stayed just two hours and had to...

“We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. I ended sleeping on the pull out bed that was hard as a rock! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! We couldn’t switch hotels because there was a lot of events going on in OKC that weekend. Also, we were there three nights and our room was not cleaned daily...
