“Amazing rooftop”

“The desk clerk, Jessica, was amazing! My husband wasn’t feeling well, so I requested early check in. She made it happen 2 hours early, and then, unfortunately, our toilet wasn’t functioning, so she came to check and decided to move us…right down the hall. She brought us the new key and left the door open for us. I’m not sure I have ever had a more attentive, helpful, kind staff person! ”

“Amazing stay at The Winslow - OKC. The hotel and the room were simply perfect. Great and friendly staff. We were also pleased to receive a free upgrade of our room. Wish we could have stayed more than 1 night.”

“Yes the room was clean but it smelled like a teenage boys room (a little musty), breakfast was good had a lot of options. Was scared about the location but actually it was not very nice and safe location. ”

“The hot tub was great,very clean ,didn’t swim but pool was very nice.Had an appetizer at the bar it was good.The staff was great ,had an issue with the air conditioner and within 5 minutes maintenance was at the room and had it fixed!Will definitely stay here again!”

“The room had several stains on the floor and bench. The outdoor amenities are very worn. The picture don’t match real life. The young lady that works the desk is very sweet and helpful. The bed and pillows were pretty comfy. Not a bad stay but not worth the price. ”

“Really clean rooms. I felt comfortable with my stay. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. ”

“Everything was very good. We stayed 2 nights. Only complaint we had was plug in bathroom didn’t work and wall outlets in rest of room didn’t hold any connection tight to stay plugged. Any movement would unplug the blow dryer and iron. It was hard enough already having to blow dry your hair outside of the bathroom.”

“Per il prezzo pagato (34 dollari circa una stanza in due ospiti) non ci aspettavamo chissà quale qualità e pulizia ma, tutto sommato, una notte là si può trascorrere. Certo, bisogna un po’ entrare nell’ottica del “viaggio da campo” ma può andar bene. Colazione gratuita passabile. Si può migliorare. ”

“The rumors are bit down and dirty. The exit doors don’t close entirely, there aren’t any equipments at the gym and the lobby. Air conditioning doesn’t work and smells like chlorine. The continental breakfast was OK but they leave the milk out refrigerated for long period of time when it was spoiled.”
