“Great customer service! We were placed in a room originally that ended up being next to a guest with a dog barking nonstop. We called and asked if there was any way they could try to contact the guest & they offered to move us if they couldn’t get in contact with him. We eventually moved rooms but the room we moved to had blood stained sheets and the toilet did not flush properly from the jump. There was also a smoke alarm that had been removed and replaced but the wire connectors were still...

“A sweet little room in a convenient and easy to navigate location. Clean and comfortable. Super cute. Easy walk to a great breakfast place. Couple blocks to a couple coffee places.”

“Room and bathroom were clean, bed was not that comfortable. It was too firm for my liking. Door key cards were a pain, I had issues every time I tried to use and had to have reset twice during a two night stay. Breakfast was what you would expect. Parking was easy.”

“The staff was pleasant and helpful. The clerk at check-in, the housekeeper and the breakfast staff were all very nice. The elevators were plentiful and quick. Our room was comfortable but being near the elevator there were often loud voices in the hall. Another problem was a loud rhythmic noise in the A/C return air duct.”

“This is has been our go to hotel for the past 4 years due to visiting our college students. No complaints and we brought my mom and she too was pleasantly surprised for the affordability and location. We will be there again in August to help move in another.
