“Had to pick up a rental car at Heathrow, location was well suited. Plenty of food choices and close to bus routes.”

“The experience was horrible with Expedia because of them I was charged and scammed from this property never ever booking these kind of properties ever. They charge you first and ask for deposit in text. The most annoying and rude experience. Scam is going on London”

“I appreciated getting feedback. I had a lot of questions because we knew we would be getting in late. Based on their description, I saw nothing about a shared bathroom. I have a bad bladder, and this gave me anxiety. There was a potential for 8 people sharing yhe bathroom. This would have been problematic if they had a packed house. We had to pay $30 US dollars to drive less than 4 miles. They took a 25 pound deposit and if they don't pay me back, I will be relentless. ”

“Staff is polite and respectful; however property could use a little more cleaning as the carpets have stains on them all over.”

“Very clean. Nice bedroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy car parking. I love the independence of being able to bring food and use the communal fridge and microwave in the kitchen area, together with having a kettle for tea and coffee in the bedroom. ”
