“There were a number of things that made our stay worth a recommendation for others. Lovely old British-style Inn feel. Easy walk to the underground station. Quiet rooms. Easy check in. Great breakfast. Responsive management. Clean. Toiletries supplied. Teacup big enough for a good cup. Tea, coffee, and milk supplied in room. And the adorable kettle for hot water. Thank you so much for a lovely, restful stay. See you soon. ”

“La stanza era pronta per 3 ma alla sera rientrati dal giro per Londra e stanchi abbiamo scoperto che il divano letto non era preparato, arrivato il personale si è scoperto che il divano letto era rotto; quindi ci hanno dovuto cambiare la camera e attendere che ci facessero il terzo letto. La sera successiva abbiamo scoperto che la camera non era stata rifatta…la colazione è ottima, le camere e l’ambiente buono ma il servizio da rivedere totalmente nonostante la gentilezza del personale.”
