“Hotel business molto comodo per raggiungere l'aeroporto di Heathrow. Le camere sono dotate di tutti i servizi, compresa una presa europea. Il ristorante ci ha servito una buona cena nel rispetto del distanziamento covid. Passa un autobus ogni ora per raggiungere l'aeroporto (un po' caro, 6 steriline a persona).”

“The checkin staff doesnt understand that booking through expedia or hotels.com doesnt mean that the booking is prepaid and refuse to provide receipt of the payment. At checkout they pretend to have sent the bill via email, but actually they didnt. Room quite noisy because of the aircraft runway. Poor breakfadt, and poir selection of dishes at dinner. The bus to the airport takes 45 minutes to go there”

“Everything at the hotel was great. The front desk staff were amazing and I will always return to the hotel. My only complaint was the fact that I received a parking fine AFTER leaving and having paid parking directly to the hotel for every day I was there :(”

“Really enjoyed my stay. Had booked a room without shower last min but I was upgradeby a kind man in reception. Stay was great and nice and peaceful. Defo recommend ”

“It was exactly what I needed for a long layover. Convenient. Staff was friendly. I actually didn’t mind the airplane noise (they’ve added a sort of second layer window I think? It helped block the sound). Most of the local restaurants had stopped serving food by the time I had arrived, but there was an Indian place 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. Only downside was the fridge in the room wasn’t cold. For the price, will definitely stay there again. ”

“The hotel is as good as it was pre COVID, the staff are excellent and the service on offer is exactly what you want for a 4* nothing pretentious just honest down to earth good service, breakfast is perfect and the location is spot on. It is and will be my go to place whenever travelling to London Heathrow ”
