“There is a free car parking, it's close to the airport.There is a smooking area where some basement rooms are, so it can be It really annoying for the smell and loud noises. There was no possibility to change room. ”

“La stanza era pronta per 3 ma alla sera rientrati dal giro per Londra e stanchi abbiamo scoperto che il divano letto non era preparato, arrivato il personale si è scoperto che il divano letto era rotto; quindi ci hanno dovuto cambiare la camera e attendere che ci facessero il terzo letto. La sera successiva abbiamo scoperto che la camera non era stata rifatta…la colazione è ottima, le camere e l’ambiente buono ma il servizio da rivedere totalmente nonostante la gentilezza del personale.”

“Hotel business molto comodo per raggiungere l'aeroporto di Heathrow. Le camere sono dotate di tutti i servizi, compresa una presa europea. Il ristorante ci ha servito una buona cena nel rispetto del distanziamento covid. Passa un autobus ogni ora per raggiungere l'aeroporto (un po' caro, 6 steriline a persona).”

“Hotel nuovo e pulito. Siamo arrivati al terminal 5 ed usciendo abbiamo preso il bus 423 che ferma davanti (comodissimo) in circa 7 minuti. Per andare a Londra centro abbiamo preso il bus U3 per il terminal 2-3 e poi Elisabeth Line (che con il CAP costa 16,30£ al Giorno - bambini sotto 11 anni non pagano) stessa cosa per il ritorno. Fermata del bus andata e ritorno comodissima. Hotel con ottimo ristorante all’interno (personale molto cordiale e cibo veramente ottimo anche come qualità). Stanze...

“Hotel di alto livello e molto comodo per gestire partenze di primissima mattina. Purtroppo condizionatore assai rumoroso , impossibile da spegnere anche seguendo le indicazioni della reception, alla fine ho dovuto staccare la chiave dalla fessura che abilita l'accensione delle luci per riuscire a dormire. ”

“We booked 7 nights in this Apartment… it was a horrible huge mistake.. Nothing on this Apartment was working… The Apartment Lady was also very Rude.. There were uncountable things to be Complained and things to be repaired in this Apartment but it seems like the owner doesn’t care.. We do not recommend any other People to book this Apartment, if u ignore our Comment and do then you are gonna have fun… Good luck..”

“My stay at Grand Airport Ensuites was disappointing from start to finish. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated, and I had to call them before arrival to figure out how to access my room. Only then did I learn that they require a security deposit, something not mentioned anywhere on the website or booking confirmation. The room itself was in poor condition.
